'Scenic 61' Mobile Kitchen is a vintage Airstream food trailer business based in Duluth, Minnesota. It is a branch of New Scenic Café, which has offered exceptional dining and service along the scenic North Shore of Lake Superior for almost 25 years.
'Scenic 61' embraces the same care for ingredients and attention to detail, incorporating them into 'street-style' foods. Past menus have included such items as lobster rolls, sashimi tuna tacos, peruvian papas, torta ahogada, tinga de pollo tacos, potato sausage, chicken & waffles, and more.
'Scenic 61' launched in the New Scenic Café parking lot during the summer of 2020, amid the covid-related restaurant shutdown. In 2021, we relocated to Canal Park for the summer, as well as making our first appearance at the Minnesota State Fair, where we excitedly served Sashimi Tuna Tacos to the masses. We returned to the State Fair in 2022, adding our Lobster Roll as an offering, and plan to continue to be a State Fair vendor for years to come!
Keep an eye out for the 'Scenic 61' trailer at various Duluth and North Shore area events...sometimes offering hot foods, sometimes baked goods...always fresh and remarkable! We're also open to private event inquiries.
